Committed Users definition

Committed Users involves in practice: capture of requirements and reengineering and deployment of middleware adapted to the user needs (if necessary).
Committed Users means the quantity of each type of User specified in the Quote, for which Customer is committing to for the Service Term as indicated in the applicable Quote even if the number of actual Active Users accessing the SaaS Services in a month is less than such committed amount.

Examples of Committed Users in a sentence

  • You may add or remove additional Named Users above the number of Committed Users during the Use Term (“Uncommitted Users” or “Overage Users”) by notifying your Approved Source or changing the quantity of Uncommitted or Overage Users in Control Hub.

  • You will be billed for the Committed Users at the Committed User rate on a monthly basis during the Use Term regardless of Your actual usage.

  • You may increase but not decrease the number of Committed Users during the Use Term by notifying Your Approved Source to modify Your subscription.

Related to Committed Users

  • Permitted Users means the Customer’s personnel who are authorised to access and use the Service on the Customer’s behalf in accordance with clause 6.6. a person includes an individual, a body corporate, an association of persons (whether corporate or not), a trust, a government department, or any other entity.

  • Permitted User means a person other than an employee of the Company who is authorized by the Company pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(ii) and all applicable Documentation to access and use one or more specific Component Systems.

  • Designated User means any person(s) that you authorise as users of your Broadband service.

  • Authorized Users means Customer’s employees and contractors who are authorized by Customer to use the Software and made known to Agilent and are the only users who may log in to the Software.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.
