Commissioning Process definition

Commissioning Process means the ETI’s commissioning process for the Project as defined in the RfP and as set out at Section 2 of the RFP;
Commissioning Process is a process – a systematic process of ensuring that a building performs in accordance with the design intent, contract documents, and the owner’s operational needs. It’s primary purpose in new or renovated facilities is to apply a Quality Assurance process to the pre-design, design, construction, and post occupancy phases of a facility’s procurement or renovation, referencing the Owners Project Requirements as the guiding document.
Commissioning Process. A quality-focused process enhancing the delivery of the Project. The process focuses on verifying and documenting the facility(ies) and all of its systems and assemblies have been planned, designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained to meet the Project Requirements as indicated in the Contract Documents.
