  • This Agreement is being entered into by NiSource and Columbia on behalf of themselves and the members of their respective groups (the NiSource Parties and the Columbia Parties).

Related to Columbia Parties

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”
