Columbia Parties definition

Columbia Parties means Columbia and its Subsidiaries (including those formed or acquired after the date hereof).

  • Effective on or before the Distribution Date, Columbia shall adopt, establish and maintain a 401(k) profit sharing plan and trust for the benefit of employees of the Columbia Parties that is substantially similar to the NiSource RSP and is intended to be qualified under Section 401(a) of the Code and exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(a) of the Code (the “Columbia RSP”).

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
