Date of Commercial Operation or “COD” means
Commercial domicile means the principal place from which the trade or business of the taxpayer is directed or managed.
Certificate of Catholic Practice means a certificate issued by the family’s parish priest (or the priest in charge of the church where the family attends Mass) in the form laid down by the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. It will be issued if the priest is satisfied that at least one Catholic parent or carer (along with the child, if he or she is over seven years old) have (except when it was impossible to do so) attended Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation for at least five years (or, in the case of the child, since the age of seven, if shorter). It is expected that most Certificates will be issued on the basis of attendance. South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

Opium poppy means the plant of the species Papaver somniferum L., except its seeds.
Medical cannabis means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
Significant Industrial User (SIU) means any industrial user that:

commercial fishing means to take, harvest, hold, transport, or off-load marine species for sale or intended sale (R.I. Gen. Laws § 20-1-3).
Police Chief means the police chief, or designee.
Indigenous Peoples means, a social group of people with a distinct social and cultural identity that makes them vulnerable to being disadvantaged in the development process, including the presence in varying degrees of the following characteristics: (i) a close attachment to ancestral territories and to the natural resources in these areas; (ii) self-identification and identification by others as members of a distinct cultural group; (iii) an indigenous language, often different from the national language; (iv) presence of customary social and political institutions; and (v) primarily subsistence-oriented production.
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
Life insurance producer means any person licensed in this state as a resident or nonresident insurance producer who has received qualification or authority for life insurance coverage or a life line of coverage pursuant to chapter 522B.
State of Texas Textravel means Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Chapter 5, Subchapter C, Section 5.22, relative to travel reimbursements under this Contract, if any.
POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;
SBD means Standard Bidding Documents.
AT&T-21STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.
