AT&T-21STATE definition

AT&T-21STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin. “Bill and Keep” refers to an arrangement in which neither of two interconnecting parties charges the other for terminating FX traffic that originates on the other Party’s network.

Examples of AT&T-21STATE in a sentence

  • If CLEC fails to comply with the foregoing, AT&T-21STATE shall thereafter be authorized to take action on the Surety Bond and utilize the cash proceeds as security for CLEC’s account(s).

  • Umbrella/Excess Liability limits will be primary and non-contributory with respect to any insurance or self insurance that is maintained by AT&T-21STATE.

  • To the extent that remedies are available under such Attachment, such remedies constitute the sole obligation of AT&T-21STATE to pay damages or financial penalties for failure to meet specified performance standards identified in such Attachment and all other Attachments to this Agreement.

  • If notification is not received in the specified time frame, then invoices will be held and not subject to any Late Payment Charges, until the appropriate amount of time has passed to allow AT&T-21STATE the opportunity to test the new format and make changes deemed necessary.

  • To the extent that AT&T-21STATE elects to require a Cash Deposit, the Parties intend that the provision of such Cash Deposit shall constitute the grant of a security interest in the Cash Deposit pursuant to Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in any relevant jurisdiction.

  • AT&T-21STATE will not pay interest on a Letter of Credit or a Surety Bond.

  • The Additional Insured endorsement may either be specific to AT&T-21STATE or may be “blanket” or “automatic” addressing any person or entity as required by contract.

  • AT&T MISSISSIPPI means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Mississippi.

  • AT&T MICHIGAN means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Michigan.

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

  • AT&T MISSOURI means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Missouri.

  • AT&T MIDWEST REGION 5-STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin.

  • AT&T ILLINOIS means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Illinois.

  • AT&T SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.

  • Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;

  • AT&T WISCONSIN means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Wisconsin.

  • State highway means a state route or portion of a state

  • AT&T OHIO means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Ohio.

  • LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;

  • AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

  • AT&T ALABAMA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Alabama.

  • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry means a mortgage licensing system developed and maintained by the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators for the licensing and registration of licensed mortgage loan originators.

  • AT&T INDIANA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Indiana.
