CNB Regulatory Reports definition

CNB Regulatory Reports means the Call Reports of City National Bank, and accompanying schedules (other than such schedules as are required to be kept confidential pursuant to applicable law or regulatory requirements), as filed with the FDIC with respect to each calendar quarter beginning with the quarter ended March 31, 2005, through the Closing Date, and all Annual Reports on Form FR Y-6 and any Current Report on Form FR Y-6A filed with the FRB by CNB from December 31, 2004 through the Closing Date.
CNB Regulatory Reports means the call reports, including any accompanying schedules, as filed by CNB with the FDIC, for each calendar quarter beginning with the quarter ended March 31, 2013 through the Closing Date, and all other reports and filings submitted by CNB to a Bank Regulator from September 30, 2014 through the Closing Date and permitted to be shared with third parties.

  • Regulatory Filings means any submission to a Regulatory Authority of any appropriate regulatory application together with any related correspondence and documentation, and will include any submission to a regulatory advisory board, marketing authorization application, and any supplement or amendment thereto.

  • Regulatory Authorities means the Commissions and the Exchange;

  • Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application to the appropriate Regulatory Authority for approval to sell the Product (but excluding Pricing Approval) in any particular country or regulatory jurisdiction.

  • Regulatory Agencies The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; the Federal Housing Finance Agency; the Securities and Exchange Commission; and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

  • Information Regulator means the Information Regulator as established in terms of Section 39 of POPIA;

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • Privacy Statements means, collectively, any and all of the Company’s privacy statements and policies published on Company websites or products or otherwise made available by the Company regarding the collection, retention, use and distribution of the personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, from visitors or users of any Company websites or products (“Individuals”);

  • UCC Filing Authorization Letter means a letter duly executed by each Loan Party authorizing the Agent to file appropriate financing statements on Form UCC-1 without the signature of such Loan Party in such office or offices as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the Agent, desirable to perfect the security interests purported to be created by each Security Agreement, each Pledge Agreement and each Mortgage.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Applicable Insurance Regulatory Authority means the insurance department or similar insurance regulatory or administrative authority or agency of the jurisdiction in which the Company is domiciled.
