Club Wyndham Plus means the program pursuant to which the occupancy and use of a Vacation Ownership Interest is assigned to the trust created by the Club Wyndham Plus Agreement in exchange for a stated number of annual points that are used to establish the location, timing, length of stay and unit type of a vacation, including without limitation systems relating to reservations, accounting and collection, disbursement and enforcement of assessments in respect of contributed units. “Club Wyndham Plus” was formerly, until March 16, 2009, known as “FairShare Plus.”
