BY USING THIS CLOUDSOFT SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THEM, DO NOT USE THE CLOUDSOFT SOFTWARE. Cloudsoft Software that is made available to you by Cloudsoft or by one of its authorized distributors. Cloudsoft hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicenseable license (“Subscription License”) to use, solely for your internal business purposes (including use by your employees and contractors), the object code of Cloudsoft Software identified in the Quote for the Term specified therein, and subject to the limits of use authorized for that Cloudsoft Software in the Quote (the "Limits").

  • Any Cloudsoft Software or related materials are "commercial items" as that term is defined in 48 C.F.R. 2.101 consisting of "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation" as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R.12.212.

  • Cloudsoft does not grant to you any other right or license, either express or implied, in or to the Cloudsoft Software except as specified in this Cloudsoft ▇▇▇▇ and your use of the Cloudsoft Software shall be subject to the Limits and other conditions set forth herein.

  • Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1,227.7202-3 and 227.7202-4, if the end user hereunder is the U.S. Government or any agency or department thereof, any Cloudsoft Software and related materials are licensed (i) only as a commercial item, and (ii) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users and customers pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Cloudsoft ▇▇▇▇.

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean ▇▇▇▇▇. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.
