Closing Date Anniversary definition

Closing Date Anniversary means the first Business Day that is on or after the one-year anniversary of the Closing Date.
Closing Date Anniversary means the date falling one year after the date hereof;
Closing Date Anniversary means each anniversary of the Closing Date on which any Loans are outstanding or any other amounts are payable by the Company hereunder.
