Classifi▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ means Lloyd's Classification Society or such other Classification Society approved in writing by the Secretary which Classification Society shall in any event be either a member of the International Association of Classification Societies ("IACS") that has been ISO 9000 series registered or an IACS member that meets the requirements of the International Maritime Organization, and is qualified under a Quality Systems Certificate Scheme and recognized by the United States Coast Guard and the Secretary as meeting acceptable standards.
