Class XP Strip Rate definition

Class XP Strip Rate. With respect to any Class XP Component for any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to (1) for any Distribution Date occurring on or before the Class XP Termination Date for such Class XP Component, the excess, if any, of (x) the lesser of (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class XP Reference Rate for such Distribution Date, over (y) the Pass-Through Rate in effect for such Distribution Date for the Corresponding Certificates (provided that in no event shall any Class XP Strip Rate be less than zero), and (2) for any Distribution Date occurring after the Class XP Termination Date for such Class XP Component, 0% per annum.

Related to Class XP Strip Rate

  • Class X Strip Rate With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to: (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date, minus (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.

  • Class X-D Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-D Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).

  • Class X-B Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the Class X Strip Rate for the Class X-B Component for such Distribution Date.

  • Net WAC Rate With respect to any Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period), a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Collection Period (not including for this purpose Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date).

  • Pool Strip Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to the excess of (a) the Net Mortgage Rate of such Mortgage Loan over (b) the Discount Net Mortgage Rate (but not less than 0.00%) per annum.

  • Class X-A Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-A Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).

  • Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.

  • Net WAC Pass-Through Rate With respect to the Class A-1 Certificates and any Distribution Date, a rate per annum (adjusted for the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period) equal to the product of (i) twelve and (ii) a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the amount of interest which accrued on the Group I Mortgage Loans in the prior calendar month minus the fees payable to the Servicer, the Master Servicer and the Credit Risk Manager with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and the Group I Allocation Percentage of any Net Swap Payment payable to the Swap Provider and Swap Termination Payment payable to the Swap Provider which was not caused by the occurrence of a Swap Provider Trigger Event, in each case for such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate principal balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the immediately preceding Due Period (or as of the Cut-off Date with respect to the first Distribution Date). For federal income tax purposes, the economic equivalent of such rate shall be expressed as the weighted average of (adjusted for the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period) the REMIC II Remittance Rate on REMIC II Regular Interest I-GRP, weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Balance of such REMIC II Regular Interest. For federal income tax purposes, the economic equivalent of such rate shall be expressed as the weighted average of (adjusted for the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period) the REMIC II Remittance Rates on (a) REMIC II Regular Interest I-SUB, subject to a cap and a floor equal to the REMIC II Remittance Rate on REMIC II Regular Interest I-GRP, and (b) REMIC II Regular Interest II-SUB, subject to a cap and a floor equal to the REMIC II Remittance Rate on REMIC II Regular Interest II-GRP, weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Balance of each such REMIC II Regular Interest.

  • Class X Interest The regular interest in the Class X REMIC represented by the Class X Certificates as specified and described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.

  • Class A Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Accrual Period with respect to the Class A Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.11%.

  • Class B Interest Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class B Certificates, the percentage calculated by dividing the Interest Accrual Amount of such Class (determined without regard to clause (ii) of the definition thereof) by the Class B Interest Accrual Amount (determined without regard to clause (ii) of the definition of each Interest Accrual Amount).

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.48000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Class M-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (1) the excess of (A) the Class M-1 Current Interest with respect to prior Distribution Dates over (B) the amount actually distributed to the Class M-1 Certificates with respect to interest on such prior Distribution Dates and (2) interest on such excess (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Class M-1 Pass-Through Rate for the related Accrual Period.

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Balance As of any date, an amount equal to the Class A Principal Balance less the Principal Balance of the Class A-PO Certificates.

  • Class Balance With respect to any Class of Certificates, at any time, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Outstanding Certificates of such Class.

  • Class B-6 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d).   • Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance The sum of the Original Principal Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-R Certificates, as set forth in Section 11.06.

  • Accrual Period With respect to each Payment Date, the period beginning on and including the prior Payment Date (or, in the case of the first Payment Date, the Closing Date) and ending on and including the day preceding such Payment Date.
