Class G means, when combined with any other capitalized term defined in this Agreement, of or relating to the Class G Certificates.

  • The Class D, Class E, Class F and Class G Certificates will be issuable only in denominations corresponding to initial Certificate Principal Balances as of the Closing Date of $100,000 and in integral multiples of $1 in excess thereof.
