Class MTA-1 Interest. An uncertificated regular interest in the Middle Tier REMIC with an initial principal balance equal to the initial principal balance of the Related Certificates and bearing interest at the lesser of (i) the greater of (x) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class A-1 Margin and (y) 1.60% plus the Class A-1 Margin and (ii) the Net Rate. For the first Distribution Date, the percentage described in clause (i) of the preceding sentence will equal 1.46%

  • Class R-1 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 1.
