Class M Formula Rate definition

Class M Formula Rate. With respect to the Class M Notes and any Accrual Period, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.65%.
Class M Formula Rate. With respect to the Class M Certificates, and with respect to the initial Accrual Period, 3.17% per annum, and as to any Accrual Period thereafter, will be a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.95%.
Class M Formula Rate. With respect to the Class M Certificates, and with respect to the initial Accrual Period, 4.6850% per annum, and as to any Accrual Period thereafter, will be a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.5500%; provided, however, that in any Accrual Period in which the Master Servicer has the option to purchase all Home Equity Loans pursuant to clause (i) of Section 10.1(a), the Class M Formula Rate will be a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.8250%.
