Class D-2 Component definition

Class D-2 Component means a component of the beneficial interest in REMIC III evidenced by the Class D Certificates, which component represents a Component Notional Amount equal to the Certificate Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interest D-2.
Class D-2 Component means, in respect of: (a) the Class Q Combination Notes, a component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as€9,500,000 principal amount of Class D-2 Notes in respect of each €40,000,000 in original principal amount of Class Q Combination Notes; and (b) the Class R Combination Notes, a component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as€4,500,000 principal amount of Class D-2 Notes in respect of each €11,000,000 in original principal amount of Class R Combination Notes.
Class D-2 Component. One of the 64 Components of the Class X-C Certificates and one of the 58 Components of the Class X-P Certificates, having a Notional Amount equal to the Lower-Tier Principal Amount of the Class LD-2 Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interest.

  • Class D Monthly Interest means, for any Distribution Date, one-twelfth (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, the number of days from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the 15th day of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs, assuming each month has 30 days, divided by 360) of the product of (A) the Class D Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class D Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class D Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class C Monthly Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).

  • Class D Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class D” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class A Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Invested Amount and denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Class D Par Value Test means the test which will be satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such Measurement Date, the Class D Par Value Ratio is at least equal to the percentage specified in the definition of "Coverage Test".

  • Class B Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).

  • Class C Percentage means at any time the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Outstanding Amount of the Class C Notes and the denominator of which is the sum of the Outstanding Amount of all the Notes.

  • Class B Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class B Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.
