Class A Ordinary Advance means any Class A Advance specified as such in the related Class A Advance Request.

  • Noteholders’ Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, (other than the Final Scheduled Distribution Date for any Class of Notes), the sum of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Distribution Date and the Noteholders’ Principal Carryover Amount, if any, as of the close of business on the preceding Distribution Date.   • Aggregate Class C Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Note Class Interest Distributable Amount for the Class C Notes as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class C Interest Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date.

  • Class A Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Class A Invested Amount less the Principal Funding Account Balance (but not in excess of the Class A Invested Amount) on such date.

  • Class A Percentage means 100% minus the Class B Percentage.
