Class A Program Fee Rate definition

Class A Program Fee Rate has the meaning specified in the Class A Program Fee Letter.
Class A Program Fee Rate means the weighted average annual rate (calculated based on the Class A-1 Purchase Limit and the Class A-2 Purchase Limit) at which the Class A-1 Program Fee (as defined in the Class A-1 Certificate Purchase Agreement) and the Class A-2 Program Fee (as defined in the Class A-2 Certificate Purchase Agreement) is calculated pursuant to the applicable Certificate Purchase Agreement.
Class A Program Fee Rate means the “Program Fee Rate” as defined in the Class A Note Purchase Agreement.

Examples of Class A Program Fee Rate in a sentence

  • Each Class A Purchaser’s Percentage Interest of the Risk Portion of the Class A Note Principal Balance shall bear interest for each Interest Period at a rate per annum equal to the sum of the Risk Rate from time to time in effect plus the applicable Class A Program Fee Rate.

  • Each Committed Purchaser’s (other than a CP Conduit’s) Percentage Interest of the Covered Portion of the Class A Note Principal Balance shall bear interest for each Interest Period at a rate per annum equal to the sum of the Alternative Rate plus the applicable Class A Program Fee Rate.
