Class A-5 Note Balance definition

Class A-5 Note Balance means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Outstanding Amount of the Class A-5 Notes.
Class A-5 Note Balance means, as of any date, the Initial Class A-5 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made on or prior to such date on the Class A-5 Notes.
Class A-5 Note Balance means the aggregate principal amount of all Class A-5 Notes Outstanding at the date of determination.
