Class D Note Balance definition

Class D Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class D Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class D Notes.

Class D Note Balance means, as of the Closing Date, $5,405,000 and thereafter shall equal the Class D Note Balance as of the Closing Date reduced by all principal payments on the Class D Notes.
