Class A-4 Percentage definition

Class A-4 Percentage. The Class A Subclass Principal Balance of the Class A-4 Certificates divided by the Pool Balance (Non-PO Portion).
Class A-4 Percentage. For any Distribution Date, the Class A-4 Principal Balance divided by the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Class A, Class B and Residual Certificates, in each case immediately after any allocations of Realized Losses but before any distributions on such Distribution Date.
Class A-4 Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date occurring prior to the month of the fifth anniversary of the first Distribution Date, 0%, and with respect to any Distribution Date thereafter, the Class A-4 Certificate Principal Balance divided by the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Certificates (other than the Class PO Certificates), in each case immediately prior to the Distribution Date.

Class A-4 Percentage. For any Distribution Date, the percentage (carried to six places rounded up) obtained by dividing (1) the aggregate Certificate Balance of the Class A-4 Certificates immediately preceding such Distribution Date by (2) the aggregate Certificate Balances of all the Certificates other than the Class PO Certificates immediately preceding such Distribution Date. Class A-4 Prepayment Distribution Percentage: 0% through the Distribution Date in April 2005; 30% thereafter through the Distribution Date in April 2006; 40% thereafter through the Distribution Date in April 2007; 60% thereafter through the Distribution Date in April 2008; 80% thereafter through the Distribution Date in April 2009; and 100% thereafter.
Class A-4 Percentage means the result, expressed as a percentage, -------------------- obtained by dividing: (i) the Original Class A-4 Principal Balance by (ii) the Original Note Principal Balance.
