Class A-3 Interest Rate Swap definition

Class A-3 Interest Rate Swap means the interest rate swap as to the Class A-3 Notes with The Chase Manhattan Bank, as Swap Counterparty, to hedge the floating interest Class A-3 Rate.
Class A-3 Interest Rate Swap means the swap transaction entered into between the Issuer as Party B, and the Class A-3 Swap Counterparty, as Party A, pursuant to the ISDA Master Agreement, the related schedule thereto and the confirmation, each dated as of May 16, 2008, together with any additional or replacement swap entered into by the Issuer on or after the Closing Date, in respect of the Class A-3 Notes.
