Class A-1 Deficiency Amount definition

Class A-1 Deficiency Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(g) of this Series Supplement.

Class A-1 Deficiency Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of the Required Payments related to the Class A-1 Notes over the Net Available Distribution Amount related to the Class A-1 Notes for such Payment Date.

Class A-1 Deficiency Amount shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.6(a).

• Under the DOE/Commercial Disposal Option, low-level radioactive wastes are assumed to go to the Nevada Test Site or a western U.S. commercial disposal site.

• The Class A-1 Required Payment exceeds the Class A-1 Net Available Distribution Amount, therefore a Class A-1 Deficiency Amount exists for the Distribution Date identified above for the Class A-1 Certificates in the amount of $___________ [(a)(1) - (b)(1)].

More Definitions of Class A-1 Deficiency Amount

Class A-1 Deficiency Amount for any Distribution Date shall be equal to the excess, if any, of the aggregate amount accrued pursuant to this subsection 4.6(a) for all Interest Periods prior to the immediately preceding Interest Period, over the amount actually paid to Class A-1 Certificateholders in respect of such amounts on all prior Distribution Dates.

Class A-1 Deficiency Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of the Required Payments related to the Class A-1 Certificates over the Net Available Distribution Amount related to the Class A-1 Certificates for such Payment Date.

Class A-1 Deficiency Amount. The related "Deficiency Amount" as defined in the Class A-1 Policy.

Class A-1 Deficiency Amount means the excess if any of the Class A-1 Required Distribution over, in the case of any Primary Payment Date or the Final Scheduled Payment Date for the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-1 Available Funds for such date.

Class A-1 Deficiency Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the amount by which the Class A Monthly Interest payable in respect of the Class A-1 Notes exceeds the amount available to pay such interest on such Distribution Date.

Class A-1 Deficiency Amount. The related "Deficiency Amount" as defined in the Policy.

Class A-1 Deficiency Amount is defined in Section 4.1(a)(i).
