Claims-Made Basis definition

Claims-Made Basis means that the money from the Settlement Fund shall be available only to those Settlement Class Members who actively make a timely and valid Claim.

Examples of Claims-Made Basis in a sentence

  • If this coverage is written on a Claims-Made Basis, then an Extended Reporting Period of sixty (60) months must be provided under the policy.

  • If the insurance coverage is on a Claims-Made Basis, the retroactive date shall be no later than the commencement of the work.
