Claims-Made Basis definition

Claims-Made Basis means that the money from the Settlement Fund shall be available only to those Settlement Class Members who actively make a timely and valid Claim.

  • Third Party Liability means the liability of ARTC and/or the Operator to any third party (not being a related entity as defined in the Corporations Act 2001) who suffers any personal injury, property or economic loss or damage as a consequence of an Incident.

  • Shared Policies means all Policies, current or past, which are owned or maintained by or on behalf of D&B or any of its Subsidiaries which relate to one or more of the D&B Business, the Cognizant Business or the ACNielsen Business.

  • Buyer Losses has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(a).

  • Buyer Indemnitees has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.

  • Claims Bar Date means the applicable bar date by which Proofs of Claim must be Filed, as established by: (a) the Bar Date Order; (b) a Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court; or (c) the Plan.
