Examples of Loss or Losses in a sentence
No individual representative of any Person, or their respective Affiliates shall be personally liable for any Loss or Losses under this Agreement, except as specifically agreed to by said individual representative.
If a Party makes a claim under the indemnity set out under Clause 3.17.1 above in respect of any particular Loss or Losses, then that Party shall not be entitled to make any further claim in respect of that Loss or Losses (including any claim for damages).
The liability of the Insurer for Loss which the Insurer would have been liable had all such Loss or Losses been sustained by one Insured will not exceed the Limit of Liability.
