Chemtura Master Supply Agreement definition

Chemtura Master Supply Agreement means a master supply agreement between the Purchaser and Chemtura with respect to the supply to the Purchaser by Chemtura of the products set forth on Schedule 1.1(d) in a form to be agreed to between Chemtura and the Purchaser in accordance with Section 6.25.
