Certification revocation definition

Certification revocation means the revocation of a certified provider's certification to serve one or more individuals in one or more counties.

  • Upon any Certification revocation under Section 3.3, or any other cancellation of your Cisco Certification, you must immediately refrain from further use of such Certification status (e.g., holding yourself out as Certified).

  • The Applicant acknowledges that failure to comply with those Certification requirements would constitute non-conformance with the Climate Bond Standard which may (in CBI’s sole discretion) result, inter alia, in a revocation of the relevant Certification, revocation of the rights to use any publicity materials relating to CBI Certification and revocation of the rights to use any CBI or related logos.

  • Tanium will take all actions available under this Agreement, either for violations of the Candidate Code of Conduct under Section 4.1 or Certification revocation under Section 3.3, or violations arising under Section 2, but not limited to, cancellation of your exam score, a temporary or permanent ban on future Tanium exams, and the cancellation of previously earned Tanium Certifications.

  • The Applicant acknowledges that failure to comply with such reporting requirements would constitute non-conformance with the Climate Bonds Standard which may (in Climate Bonds’ sole discretion) result in a revocation of the relevant Certification, revocation of the rights to use any publicity materials relating to Climate Bonds Certification and revocation of the rights to use any Climate Bonds or related logos.
