Certification of Deletion. The parties agree that the certification of deletion of Personal Data that is described in Clause 8.5 of the Standard Contractual Clauses, shall be provided by eGain to the Customer only upon Customer’s written request.
Certification of Deletion. The Parties agree that the certification of deletion of personal data that is described in Clause 12(1) shall be provided by the Data Importer to the Data Exporter only upon Data Exporter’s request.
Certification of Deletion. The parties agree that the certification of deletion of Personal Data that is described in Clause 12(1) of the Standard Contractual Clauses shall be provided by FF to Customer only upon Customer’s request.
Certification of Deletion. The Parties agree that the certification of deletion of Relevant Personal Data that is described in Clauses 8.5 and 16(d) of the Standard Contractual Clauses shall be provided by Retool to Customer only upon Customer’s written request.
Certification of Deletion. The parties agree that the certification of deletion of Personal Data that is described in clause 8.5 and 16(d) of the Standard Contractual Clauses shall be provided by Brightidea to Customer only upon Customer’s written request.
Certification of Deletion. The parties agree that the certification of deletion of Personal Data that is described in Clause 12(1) of the SCCs shall be provided by Cohesity to Customer only upon Customer’s request.
Certification of Deletion. The parties agree that the certification of deletion of Personal Data that is described in Clause 12(1) of Schedule 3 shall be provided by Loomio to Customer only upon Customer’s request.
Certification of Deletion. The parties agree that the certification of deletion of Personal Data that is described in Clause 12(1) shall be provided by Conga to You only upon Your request.
Certification of Deletion. Personal Data shall be returned or deleted in accordance with the applicable section of the Agreement. The certification of deletion of Personal Data that is described in Clause 12(1) will be provided by the Data Importer to the Data Exporter only upon Data Exporter’s written request.
Certification of Deletion. Conga will certify the deletion of Personal Data in accordance with the Agreement. Customer is responsible for the correction, amendment, blocking or deleting of Personal Data within its control within the Service. Conga will provide reasonable assistance to Customer in the correcting, amendment, blocking or deleting of Personal Data in the Service.
