Terms of Reference (TOR) means the document included in the RFP as Section 5 which explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Client and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.
Centre means the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes Established by the ICSID Convention; and
Terms of Reference (TORs) means the Terms of Reference that explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, and tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Procuring Entity and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.
the book of reference means the book of reference certified by the Secretary of State as the book of reference for the purposes of this Order;

Cross-reference The statutory provisions on the President and the Executive are found in title 2 of this code. The statutory provisions on the FSM Congress are found in title 3 of this code.
Right of Reference means the “right of reference” defined in 21 CFR 314.3(b), including with regard to a Party, allowing the applicable Regulatory Authority in a country to have access to relevant information (by cross-reference, incorporation by reference or otherwise) contained in Regulatory Documentation (and any data contained therein) filed with such Regulatory Authority with respect to a Party’s Compound, only to the extent necessary for the conduct of the Study in such country or as otherwise expressly permitted or required under this Agreement to enable a Party to exercise its rights or perform its obligations hereunder.
Performance References has the meaning set forth for such term in the definition of Derivative Instrument.
Point / “Pip” shall mean the numerical value of the last, or right-most, digit of a Quote.
Trade Reference means a reference concerning the creditworthiness of the Bidder given by another business that extends credit to the Bidder, such as a supplier.
The Centre means the Financial Intelligence Centre established in terms of section 2 of the FIC Act.
Vice-Chancellor means the Vice-Chancellor of the University.
Regional Centre means a centre established or maintained by the University for the purpose of coordinating and supervising the work of Study Centres in any region and for performing such other functions as may be conferred on such centre by the Board of Management;
Chief Executive Office State means California, where Borrower’s chief executive office is located.
Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.
Terms Incorporated by Reference means the Non-Cleared Swap Agreement(s) governing the Trade memorialized in the Trade Communication.
Underlying Reference means as set out in §25(a) below.
SONIA Reference Rate means, in respect of any London Banking Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average ("SONIA") rate for such London Banking Day as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise is published by such authorised distributors) on the London Banking Day immediately following such London Banking Day; and
Pro-Vice-Chancellor means the Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University;
Service Component means certain enabling Software, hardware peripherals and associated documentation which may be separately provided by Symantec as an incidental part of a Service.
Level 1 means a charging system that provides charging through a one-hundred- twenty volt AC plug with a cord connector that meets the SAE international J1772 standard or a successor standard.
Metric Ton or “MT” means a common international measurement for mass, equivalent to 2,204.6 pounds or 1.1 short tons.
Building level or district level leader means an individual employed by the District whose job assignment is that of a building level or district level administrator or an equivalent role, including an administrator licensed by the State Board of Education, an unlicensed administrator, or an individual on an Administrator Licensure Completion Plan. Building level or district level leader does not include the superintendent, deputy superintendents, associate superintendents, and assistant superintendents.
Principal Display Panel or Panels means that part, or those parts of a label that are so designed as to most likely be displayed, presented, shown or examined under normal and customary conditions of display or purchase. Whenever a principal display panel appears more than once, all requirements pertaining to the “principal display panel” shall pertain to all such “principal display panels.”
the trunk road means the A590 Trunk Road;
Study Centre means a centre established and maintained or recognized by the University for the purpose of advising, counselling or for rendering any other assistance required by the students in the context of distance education;
