CCB Employees definition
CCB Employees means those individuals (if any) who are employed or engaged outside of the United States as employees or contractors by certain members of the Seller Group prior to the date of this Agreement to work wholly or mainly in the Business and who work in the Business as of the Closing Date, but whose employment or engagement has not transferred to a Purchaser or Subsidiary of a Purchaser as of the Closing Date and who the Parties jointly designate for Secondment under the terms of this Agreement.
