Cathedral Hill Campus means that certain real property more particularly described in Exhibit A-2 (which includes the Cathedral Hill Hospital Site, the Cathedral Hill MOB Site and 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx), together with all buildings, structures, fixtures and other improvements located thereon.
