Case Management Procedures definition

Case Management Procedures means the procedures pursuant to the Order Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 105(a) and Fed. R. Bankr. P. 1015(c), 2002(m), and 9007 Implementing Certain Notice and Case Management Procedures [Docket No. 73].
Case Management Procedures means the procedures set forth in the Revised Order (A) Establishing Certain Notice, Case Management, and Administrative Procedures and (B) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 279].
Case Management Procedures has the meaning set forth in the Conditional Sale Order.

Examples of Case Management Procedures in a sentence

  • Pursuant to Section IV.C.3(a) of the Case Management Procedures, notice of this filing will be sent to the following parties through the Court’s Electronic Case Filing System.

  • In the event the Court determines that additional or supplemental notice is required, the Debtors shall serve such notice in accordance with the Case Management Procedures and a hearing to consider such settlement shall be on the next hearing day deemed appropriate by the Court.

  • Notice and service accomplished in accordance with the provisions set forth in these Case Management Procedures shall be deemed adequate in all respects pursuant to the Bankruptcy Code, the Bankruptcy Rules and the Local Bankruptcy Rules.

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Administrative Procedures means the Administrative Procedures of Minnesota Management & Budget developed in accord with M.S. 43A.04, subdivision 4.

  • customs procedures means the treatment applied by the customs administration of each Party to goods which are subject to customs control.
