Cardene IV definition

Cardene IV means each presentation of any pharmaceutical preparation (including formulation changes and production intermediates) containing the pharmaceutical product known as “Cardene IV” containing the active ingredient nicardipine hydrochloride, whether registered, marketed or in development by Seller, as of the Closing Date.
