Capstone Entity means any of the Company’s subsidiaries, partnerships, trusts or other controlled entities and “Capstone Entities” means all such entities collectively.

  • Company Shareholder means a holder of one or more Company Shares;

  • CHS means Code ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ IV LP, a Delaware limited partnership.

  • Buyer Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.
