Within sixty (60) days of receipt of the Capital Upgrade Notice, the other Owner may notify the Electing Owner in writing that it elects to participate in the capital upgrade or improvement to the Transmission Facilities.
Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Non-Extension Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).
Consent Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).
Non-Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.10.
Reset Notice has the meaning specified in Section 307(b).
Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 308.
Requisite Notice means a notice delivered in accordance with Section 10.02.
Acquisition Notice has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(a).
Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.
Change Notice is defined in Section 3.5(a) of this Agreement.
Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
End of Suspension Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1(f)(ii).
Preliminary Default Notice shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Article 13 of this Agreement;
Increase Notice is defined in Section 2.19.
Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.
Activation Notice have the meanings ascribed thereto in Annex C.
Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).
improvement notice means the notice issued by the Authority to the Supplier pursuant to Clause 32.1.3 (Authority Remedies) which will detail how the Supplier shall improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services;
Replacement Notice is defined in Section 4.11.
Exchange Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(iii).
Amortization Schedule means, with respect to each Equipment Note, the amortization schedule for such Equipment Note delivered pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Trust Indenture.
Funding Notice means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.
Penalty Charge Notice means a notice described in Section 78 of the 2004 Act having effect as if issued or served by a Civil Enforcement Officer or posted by the enforcement authority under any regulations for the time being in force under Section 78 of the 2004 Act.
Suspension Notice As defined in Section 6(d) hereof.
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
