Capital Lease Liability definition

Capital Lease Liability means the current portion, as of any particular date, of liabilities under that certain Three Card Poker Game Capital Lease Agreement, dated as of July 29, 2005, between Seller and Shuffle Master, Inc.
Capital Lease Liability means the aggregate liability for capital leases of the Company as of the Closing Date determined in accordance with GAAP.
Capital Lease Liability has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b)(i).
