Capitalized Lease definition

Capitalized Lease of a Person means any lease of Property by such Person as lessee which would be capitalized on a balance sheet of such Person prepared in accordance with Agreement Accounting Principles.
Capitalized Lease means, with respect to any Person, any lease of (or other arrangement conveying the right to use) real or personal property by such Person as lessee that is required under GAAP to be capitalized on the balance sheet of such Person.
Capitalized Lease means, as applied to any Person, any lease of any property (whether real, personal or mixed) of which the discounted present value of the rental obligations of such Person as lessee, in conformity with GAAP, is required to be capitalized on the balance sheet of such Person.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, any lease that was or would have been treated as an operating lease under GAAP as in effect on December 1, 2018 that would become or be treated as a Capitalized Lease solely as a result of a change in GAAP after December 1, 2018 shall always be treated as an operating lease for purposes of determining compliance with the financial and other covenants set forth in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Capitalized Lease means a lease required to be capitalized for financial reporting purposes in accordance with GAAP.
