Company Related Party has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.
Company Related Parties means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries and any of their respective former, current or future stockholders, managers, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, advisors, other representatives or successors or assignees of any of the foregoing.
Lender-Related Person means, with respect to any Lender, such Lender, together with such Lender’s Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents.
Agent-Related Person means the Agent, together with its Affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, agents, advisors, auditors and attorneys-in-fact of such Persons; provided, however, that no Agent-Related Person shall be an Affiliate of Borrower.
Family relationship means a relationship between a person and another person within the third degree by consanguinity or the second degree by affinity, as those terms are defined by Subchapter B, Chapter 573, Texas Government Code.
Federally related transaction means any real estate related
Management Unit means an area established by the Commission for management purposes.
Agent-Related Persons means the Agent, together with its Affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and attorneys-in-fact of the Agent and such Affiliates.
apartment unit means any residential dwelling unit within a building containing three or more dwelling units where access to each residential unit is obtained through a common entrance or entrances from the street level and the residential units are connected by an interior corridor;
Parent-subsidiary relationship means a relationship that exists when one corporation directly or indirectly owns shares possessing more than 50 percent of the voting power of another corporation.
Allocated Share for any month means that percentage of CMISC Reimbursable Out-of-Pocket Expenses which would be allocated to a Fund for such month in accordance with the methodology described below under the heading “Methodology of Allocating CMISC Reimbursable Out-of-Pocket Expenses.”
Purchaser Related Parties has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.
Settlement Unit means each hour in a day divided into hour-long periods starting at 00:00 on such day.
LLC Unit means a common limited liability interest in the Company.
Seller Related Party means Seller, its Affiliates and its and their respective stockholders, partners, members, officers, directors, employees, controlling persons, agents and representatives.
Seller Related Parties means, with respect to each Seller, the TGE Entities, such Seller and such Seller’s stockholders, partners, members, Affiliates, Representatives, controlling persons and agents.
Substantially relates means the nature of criminal conduct for which the person was convicted has a direct bearing on the fitness or ability to perform one or more of the duties or responsibilities necessarily related to the occupation; and
sub-unit means, with respect to any currency other than euro, the lowest amount of such currency that is available as legal tender in the country of such currency and, with respect to euro, means one cent.
GP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a GP Unit of the Partnership.
Designated Unit means information technology devices (e.g. hard disks or central processing units) identified by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement that have been officially made known to the public as appropriate for Use or interoperation with the Software.
Health status-related factor means any of the following factors:
Administrative unit Means an administrative unit established under the Public Sector Act 2009 and includes an administrative unit established while this Enterprise Agreement remains in force;
Project Management Unit or “PMU” means the Recipient’s management and Implementation unit referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Heat unit means a unit of energy equal to the product of the peak kilovoltage, milliamperes, and seconds, i.e., kVp x mA x second.
Free Share means, in respect of a Fund, each C share of the Fund, other than a Commission Share (including, without limitation, any C share issued in connection with the reinvestment of dividends or capital gains).
