Canadian Borrowing Base Cash Collateral Account definition

Canadian Borrowing Base Cash Collateral Account means, collectively, one or more accounts of the Canadian Loan Parties, as designated from time to time by written notice from the Borrower Representative to the Administrative Agent, held with financial institutions and subject to control agreements in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Canadian Borrowing Base Cash Collateral Account means, collectively, one or more accounts of the Canadian Loan Parties, as designated from time to time by written notice from the Borrower Representative to the Administrative Agent, held with financial institutions and subject to control agreements in favor of the Administrative Agent and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Related to Canadian Borrowing Base Cash Collateral Account

  • Letter of Credit Cash Collateral Account means a blocked deposit account at Bank of America with respect to which Borrower hereby grants a security interest in such account to Administrative Agent for and on behalf of Lenders as security for Letter of Credit Usage and with respect to which Borrower agrees to execute and deliver from time to time such documentation as Administrative Agent may reasonably request to further assure and confirm such security interest.

  • L/C Cash Collateral Account means an interest bearing cash collateral account to be established and maintained by the Agent, over which the Agent shall have sole dominion and control, upon terms as may be satisfactory to the Agent.

  • Canadian Borrowing Base means, at any time, an amount in Dollars equal to:

  • Borrowing Base Amount means, as of any date, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Revolving Credit Obligations means, at any particular time, the sum of (i) the outstanding principal amount of the Revolving Loans at such time, plus (ii) the outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Loans at such time, plus (iii) the outstanding L/C Obligations at such time.

  • Borrowing Base Value means, with respect to any Oil and Gas Property of a Credit Party or any Swap Agreement in respect of commodities, the value the Administrative Agent attributed to such asset in connection with the most recent determination of the Borrowing Base as confirmed by Required Lenders.

  • Proposed Borrowing Base has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).

  • Facility Letter of Credit Obligations means, as at the time of determination thereof, all liabilities, whether actual or contingent, of the Borrower with respect to Facility Letters of Credit, including the sum of (a) the Reimbursement Obligations and (b) the aggregate undrawn face amount of the then outstanding Facility Letters of Credit.

  • Cash Collateral Agreement shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.2(b).

  • Canadian Borrowers has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.
