For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that the Investor has sold some or all of the Warrant Shares prior to receiving a Call Right Notice, then the right set forth in this paragraph (iii) shall constitute the sole Call Right of the Company with respect to such Warrant Shares which have been sold.
