Calculation Certificate definition

Calculation Certificate means the calculation certificate referred to in Clause 15.11 (Calculation Certificate) in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Calculation Certificate).
Calculation Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit D to the Original Credit Agreement.
Calculation Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).

Calculation Certificate means, an annual certificate setting forth information from the Successor Agency’s previous fiscal year, in the form of Exhibit C hereto with blanks duly filled and certified as to accuracy by the Chief Financial Officer of the Successor Agency and verified by Urban Analytics (or a successor fiscal consultant appointed by the Successor Agency with the consent of the Bank). Calculation Certificate as defined in Section 3.1.
