CAIR NOx allowances held or "hold CAIR NOx allowances" means the CAIR NOx allowances recorded by the administrator, or submitted to the administrator for recordation, in accordance with rules 3745-109-05, 3745-109-06 and 3745-109-08 of the Administrative Code, in a CAIR NOx allowance tacking system account.

  • NOx Allowance means an authorization to emit a specified amount of NOx that is allocated or issued under an emissions trading or marketable permit program of any kind that has been established under the Clean Air Act or a state implementation plan.
