(c) WORK definition

(c) WORK means all the work required to (i) remove from the Building all the Section 12.02

Examples of (c) WORK in a sentence

  • CUSTOMER will notify CONTRACTOR of one of the following conditions within ten (10) days of receipt of the final delivered WORK: (a) WORK approved as is, (b) WORK approved contingent on acceptable revision by CONTRACTOR, (c) WORK rejected and AGREEMENT terminated, or (d) WORK approved contingent on acceptable revision by a third party.

Related to (c) WORK

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • New Work means any Services/Deliverables outside the scope of the Contract and not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.
