Building User definition

Building User means any person using the Affected Property, but not limited to employees or visitors;
Building User means a natural or legal person who has a right to use an accurately delimited part of the building or its part (real estate project) to which the Profile in the App exists and is the User;

Examples of Building User in a sentence

  • If User is not a tenant of the Building, User shall make a security deposit of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) with Manager at least thirty (30) days prior to the Event.

  • In addition to compliance with Laws as provided in Section II(B) above, if User is offering alcoholic beverages of any kind within the Facility or Building, User must obtain Liquor Legal Liability insurance for bodily injury or property damage resulting from the serving or furnishing of any alcoholic beverage, with limits of $1,000,000 each common cause and $2,000,000 aggregate.

Related to Building User

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and
