BSC Systems definition

BSC Systems. : means:(i) the computer systems and the processes used by each of the BSC Agents and required in connection with the services provided by the BSC Agents as described in Section E; and(ii) so far as used in Settlement, any other computer systems and processes operated or procured by BSCCo;or where the context requires, all such systems and processes collectively; "BSC Website": means the websites established and maintained by BSCCo in whole or in part for the purposes of the Code; "BSC Year": each successive period of 12 months beginning on 1st April in each year, provided that the first BSC Year shall (unless the context otherwise requires) be the period from the Go- live Date to 31st March 2002; "BSCCo Accounting Policies": means the accounting policies of BSCCo from time to time pursuant to Section D2.3.1; "BSCCo Chairman": has the meaning given to that term in Section C4.1.8(a); "BSCCo Charges": has the meaning given to that term in Section D1.1.3;

Related to BSC Systems

  • Business Systems means all Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used or held for use in the conduct of the Company Business.

  • Company Systems means the computer systems, including Software, hardware, networks, databases, systems, telecommunications equipment and websites (and all information transmitted thereby or stored therein), owned, leased, licensed or otherwise used or held for use by the Company and its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their respective businesses.

  • Computer Systems means all servers, computer hardware, networks, software databases, telecommunications systems, interfaces, applications and related systems of the Company or used by the Company and its contractors.

  • Waterworks System means all waterworks and all appurtenances thereto, including water mains, service connections, pumping stations, wells, water storage facilities and treatment plants, and owned, controlled, maintained and operated by the City or by agreement between the City and others.

  • Electric System means all electrical wires, equipment, and other facilities owned or provided by the utility that are used to transmit electricity to customers.
