Brownsville Terminal Site definition

Brownsville Terminal Site means the plots of land as described on Annex 1, and associated equipment and improvements, which is leased by Rio from the BND, where LPG or other petroleum products are stored.

  • The foregoing shall apply (i) in the case of Shipper, to any deliverer of Shipper’s LPG before and at the Receipt Point, or to any receiver thereof at and after the Delivery Point and (ii) in the case of Carrier, to Shipper with respect to its operation of Brownsville Terminal Site or to any deliverer of Shipper’s LPG before and at the Receipt Point or to any receiver thereof at and after the Delivery Point.
