British Columbia Class Period definition

British Columbia Class Period means the period during which British Columbia Class Members paid an eligible Prepayment Charge, from October 7, 2005 to December 31, 2017.

Related to British Columbia Class Period

  • Class Period means the period from March 29, 2015 to and including October 15, 2020.

  • Settlement Class Period means the period from and including January 1, 2000 through July 20, 2021.

  • PEA Period means the period commencing at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the fifth (5th) Business Day immediately prior to the filing of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement), and ending at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the Business Day immediately following, the effective date of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement).

  • PAGA Period means the period from May 10, 2022, through May 21, 2023.

  • Lock-in Period means the period of five consecutive years from the date of commencement of the policy, during which period the proceeds of the discontinued policies cannot be paid by the insurer to the policyholder or to the insured, as the case may be, except in the case of death or upon the happening of any other contingency covered under the policy.

  • Shelf Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(b).

  • Effectiveness Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).

  • Overlap Period means any taxable year or other taxable period beginning on or before and ending after the Closing Date.

  • Step-In Period means the period from the Step-In Date up to and including the Step-Out Date.

  • Regular Period means each period from (and including) the Issue Date or any Interest Payment Date to (but excluding) the next Interest Payment Date.

  • Off-Peak Period means the period during which the demand on an electric utility system is not at or near its maximum. For the purpose of this section, the off-peak period includes all hours that are not in the peak period.

  • Tariff period means the period for which tariff is to be determined by the Commission on the basis of norms specified under these Regulations;

  • Shelf Effectiveness Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) hereof.
