BPB Portfolio definition

BPB Portfolio means the portfolio of BPB Claims and connected rights arising under the Loans which are sold to the Issuer by BPB pursuant to the BPB Transfer Agreements.
BPB Portfolio means the portfolio of BPB Claims and connected rights arising under the Loans which are sold to the Issuer by BPB pursuant to the BPB Transfer Agreement and together with the CRO Portfolio, the “Portfolios” and each a “Portfolio”.

  • It remains understood that all payments shall be made out of the Issuer Available Funds in accordance with the Pre-Acceleration Priority of Payments, while the Single Portfolio Available Funds shall be applied in accordance with the Single Portfolio Priority of Payments only to register, for Originators’ accounting purposes, the actual contribution of the BPB Portfolio or the CRO Portfolio, as the case may be, to such payments.

  • In respect of the BPB Portfolio (i) Loans whose Borrowers, according to the classification criteria set forth by the determination of Bank of Italy No 140 dated 11 February 1991, as subsequently amended and modified (“Istruzioni relative alla classificazione della clientela per settori e gruppi di attività economica”), belong to one of the following economic activity sector (“settore di attività economica”-“SAE”):n.

  • Means (i) with respect to the BPB Portfolio, the Principal Amount Outstanding as at the Issue Date of 82.61% of the Class B Notes, equal to Euro 48,133,000; and (ii) with respect to the CRO Portfolio, the Principal Amount Outstanding as at the Issue Date of 17.39% of the Class B Notes, equal to Euro 10,131,000.

  • SINGLE PORTFOLIO Means (i) with respect to the BPB Portfolio, the Principal AmountINITIAL CLASS A1 NOTES PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OUTSTANDINGOutstanding as at the Issue Date of 80.87% of the Class A1 Notes, equal to Euro 40,436,565.04; and (ii) with respect to the CRO Portfolio, the Principal Amount Outstanding as at the Issue Date of 19.13% of the Class A1 Notes, equal to Euro 9,563,434.96.

  • Single Portfolio Initial Class B Notes Principal Amount OutstandingMeans (i) with respect to the BPB Portfolio, the Principal Amount Outstanding as at the Issue Date of 82.61% of the Class B Notes, equal to Euro 48,133,000; and (ii) with respect to the CRO Portfolio, the Principal Amount Outstanding as at the Issue Date of 17.39% of the Class B Notes, equal to Euro 10,131,000.

  • SINGLE PORTFOLIO INITIAL CLASS A2 NOTES PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OUTSTANDINGMeans (i) with respect to the BPB Portfolio, the Principal Amount Outstanding as at the Issue Date of 80.87% of the Class A2 Notes, equal to Euro 109,259,598.73; and (ii) with respect to the CRO Portfolio, the Principal Amount Outstanding as at the Issue Date of 19.13% of the Class A2 Notes, equal to Euro 25,840,401.27.

Related to BPB Portfolio

  • Investment Portfolio means invested assets (including cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments, bonds or other fixed income securities and equity investments).

  • Servicing Portfolio means, as to any Person, the unpaid principal balance of Mortgage Loans serviced by that Person under Servicing Contracts, minus the principal balance of all Mortgage Loans that are serviced by that Person for others under subservicing arrangements.

  • Current Portfolio At any time, the portfolio of Collateral Obligations and Cash and Eligible Investments representing Principal Proceeds (determined in accordance with Section 1.3 to the extent applicable), then held by the Issuer.

  • Collateral Portfolio means all right, title, and interest (whether now owned or hereafter acquired or arising, and wherever located) of the Borrower in the property identified below in clauses (i) through (iv) and all accounts, cash and currency, chattel paper, tangible chattel paper, electronic chattel paper, copyrights, copyright licenses, equipment, fixtures, contract rights, general intangibles, instruments, certificates of deposit, certificated securities, uncertificated securities, financial assets, securities entitlements, commercial tort claims, deposit accounts, inventory, investment property, letter-of-credit rights, software, supporting obligations, accessions, or other property consisting of, arising out of, or related to any of the following (in each case excluding the Retained Interest and the Excluded Amounts):

  • Portfolio means any account, trust or other investment vehicle (except "Fund") over which the Firm has investment management discretion.

  • Reference Portfolio means, the notional portfolio made up of each Reference Asset, as described in this Information Statement under “Reference Portfolio”.

  • Portfolio Asset means an asset of an investment fund;

  • Proposed Portfolio The portfolio of Collateral Obligations and Eligible Investments resulting from the proposed purchase, sale, maturity or other disposition of a Collateral Obligation or a proposed reinvestment in an additional Collateral Obligation, as the case may be.

  • Portfolio Assets means the portion of the net assets of the Fund managed by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to the following investment strategy as agreed to by the Adviser and the Sub-Adviser in a separately negotiated investment mandate: Emerging Markets (each a “Strategy”).

  • Reference Portfolio Return means on any day, the weighted average return of the Reference Assets calculated as the sum of the Weighted Reference Asset Return of each of the Reference Assets comprising the Reference Portfolio.

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Initial Portfolio means the initial portfolio of Receivables, comprising Eligible Assets, purchased by the Guarantor from the Seller pursuant to the Master Loans Purchase Agreement.

  • Pledged Asset Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan as to which, at the time of origination, a Letter of Credit was issued in favor of the initial holder of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Mortgage Loans Such of the mortgage loans transferred and assigned to the Trustee pursuant to the provisions hereof as from time to time are held as a part of the Trust Fund (including any REO Property), the mortgage loans so held being identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule, notwithstanding foreclosure or other acquisition of title of the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Mortgage Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Whole Loan As defined in the Introductory Statement.

  • Mortgage Receivable means a promissory note secured by a Mortgage of which the Borrower or a Subsidiary is the holder and retains the rights of collection of all payments thereunder.

  • Mortgage Loan Group Either Group I or Group II.

  • Treasury Portfolio means, as applicable, the Remarketing Treasury Portfolio or the Special Event Treasury Portfolio.

  • PMI Mortgage Loans The list of Mortgage Loans insured by the PMI Insurer attached hereto as Schedule II.

  • Buydown Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan as to which a specified amount of interest is paid out of related Buydown Funds in accordance with a related buydown agreement.

  • Securitization Assets means any accounts receivable or other revenue streams subject to a Qualified Securitization Financing.

  • Securitization Asset means (a) any accounts receivable, mortgage receivables, loan receivables, royalty, franchise fee, license fee, patent or other revenue streams and other rights to payment or related assets and the proceeds thereof and (b) all collateral securing such receivable or asset, all contracts and contract rights, guarantees or other obligations in respect of such receivable or asset, lockbox accounts and records with respect to such account or asset and any other assets customarily transferred (or in respect of which security interests are customarily granted) together with accounts or assets in connection with a securitization, factoring or receivable sale transaction.

  • Portfolios means the constituent series of the Fund, but for purposes of this Section 14.1 shall not include Portfolios excepted from the requirements of paragraph (a) of Rule 22c-2 by paragraph (b) of Rule 22c-2.
