Related to Borrowing Request Determination Date

Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower for a Revolving Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.03.
Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2.
Funding Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(a).
Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Swing Line Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.4.2.
Incremental Term Loan Borrowing Date means, with respect to each Incremental Term Loan, each date on which Incremental Term Loans are incurred pursuant to Section 2.01(b), which date shall be the date of the effectiveness of the respective Incremental Term Loan Commitment Agreement pursuant to which such Incremental Term Loans are to be made.
Notice of Committed Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.8.
Credit Event Resolution Request Date means, with respect to a notice to ISDA requesting that a Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee be convened to resolve:
Notice of Continuation or Conversion has the meaning provided in Section 2.10(b).
Notice of Competitive Bid Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a).
Notice of Revolving Borrowing shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.3.
borrowing rate means the interest rate expressed as a fixed or variable percentage applied on an annual basis to the amount of credit drawn down;
Swing Line Borrowing means a borrowing of a Swing Line Loan pursuant to Section 2.04.
Conversion/Continuation Date means the effective date of a continuation or conversion, as the case may be, as set forth in the applicable Conversion/Continuation Notice.
Fixed Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Fixed Rate Loans.
Base Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Base Rate Loans.
Notice of Revolving Credit Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
RFR Borrowing means, as to any Borrowing, the RFR Loans comprising such Borrowing.
Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).
Initial Borrowing Date means the date occurring on or after the Effective Date on which the initial Borrowing of Loans occurs.
Initial Borrowing means the first Borrowing made pursuant to this Agreement.
Notice of Continuation/Conversion has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(b).
Incremental Term Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Incremental Term Loans.
Mandatory Borrowing shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1(d).
Notice of Swingline Borrowing means a notice in the form of Exhibit F to be delivered to the Agent pursuant to Section 2.04 evidencing the Borrower’s request for a Swingline Loan.
