Borrower GP definition

Borrower GP means 2015-1 IH2 Borrower G.P. LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Borrower GP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.24(z).

More Definitions of Borrower GP

Borrower GP means Invitation Homes OP GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, if it is the general partner of the Borrower, or, if not, any Subsidiary of the Parent that is the general partner of the Borrower.

Borrower GP means IH5 Property Level GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Borrower GP means TCS Genpar, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, the general partner of the Borrower.

Borrower GP means, (i) in respect of the Project and the Property comprising the Project owned by Oshawa South Self Storage Limited Partnership, SST IV Canadian GP Inc. and Smart Oshawa Self Storage GP Inc., as the general partners of Oshawa South Self Storage Limited Partnership, (ii) in respect of the Project and the Property comprising the Project owned by Leaside XXX Limited Partnership, SST II Canadian GP, Inc. and Smart Leaside GP Inc., as the general partners of Leaside XXX Limited Partnership, (iii) in respect of the Project and the Property comprising the Project owned by Bramport XXX Limited Partnership, SST IV Canadian GP, Inc. and Smart Bramport GP Inc., as the general partners of Bramport XXX Limited Partnership, (iv) in respect of the Project and the Property comprising the Project owned by Xxxxxxx XX XXX Limited Partnership, SST IV Canadian GP, Inc. and Smart Xxxxxxx XX GP Inc., as the general partners of Xxxxxxx XXX Limited Partnership, and (v) in respect of each other Project and the Property comprising the Project owned by a JV Limited Partnership approved as a Project Borrower by the Lender under Section 4.2 of this Commitment Agreement, the Smart GP and the XXX GP, each as defined in the limited partnership agreement governing the affairs of such Borrower and any other Person identified in its capacity as a general partner of such Borrower therein and, in each case as identified in the Project Mortgage Commitment for such Project;
