Book-Entry Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds definition

Book-Entry Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds means any Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds issued in Book-Entry Form; provided, however, that, after the occurrence of a condition whereupon book-entry registration and transfer are no longer permitted and Definitive Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds are to be issued to the Holder of such Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds, such Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds shall no longer be “Book-Entry Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds”.

  • Qualified Depository A depository the accounts of which are insured by the FDIC through the BIF or the SAIF and the debt obligations of which are rated AA or better by Standard & Poor's Corporation.

  • Book-Entry Capital Security means a Capital Security, the ownership and transfers of which shall be made through book entries by a Clearing Agency as described in Section 5.11.

The Bank will supply the Customer with any amendment to Schedule B for approval. As requested by the Bank, the Customer will supply the Bank with certified copies of its Board of Directors resolution(s) with respect to the foregoing prior to placing Assets with any Subcustodian so approved.

  • central securities depository or ‘CSD’ means a central securities depository as defined in point (1) of Article 2(1) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014.

  • Book-Entry Interest means a beneficial interest in a Global Certificate, ownership and transfers of which shall be maintained and made through book entries by a Clearing Agency as described in Section 9.4.

  • Book-Entry Preferred Security means a Preferred Security, the ownership and transfers of which shall be made through book entries by a Depositary.

The book entry maintained by others than the City is the record that identifies the owners of book entry interests in those Bonds and that principal and interest.

  • Fundserv Notes means Notes purchased through Fundserv.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust into which any Non-Lead Securitization Note is deposited.

  • Note Distribution Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1(a)(ii).

  • Non Book-Entry Preferred Securities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
